02/10- Experiments, Group Show
12 March - 29 May 2010, GV Art Gallery, 49 Chiltern Street, London, W1U 6LY
Experiments is the first in a series of exhibitions curated by Artakt and GV Art, that brings together the work of five artists whose practice develops with close and productive collaborations with scientists. Alongside the artists’ work, scientists are invited to present a ‘piece’ or ‘object’ of their choice that relates to the artwork punctuating and bringing insight to the collaboration.

An all-day free event at The Wellcome Collection where musicians, scientists and the public will join forces to discover the secrets of performance, practice and improvisation by way of a series of interactive workshops, live music and experiments. A result of a partnership between Artakt and new recording label Plushmusic.

Exhibition of contemporary art curated by Caterina Albano for Artakt and Rowan Drury opens at The Royal Institution of Great Britain, featuring the works of Anne Brodie, Alex Bunn, Eggebert and Gould, Material Beliefs, Kathleen Rogers, Carl Stevenson and Phoebe von Held.

04/08 - MARINA WALLACE, HANGAR BICOCCA'S SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE
Marina Wallace has accepted an invitation to become a member of Hangar Bicocca's new Scientific Committee. Other members who have also accepted include Hans Ulrich Olbrist, Lotte Darso, Paolo Fabbri, Jan Hoet, Severino Salvemini, Carlo Sisi and Marc-Olivier Wahler.
 
03/08 - SEDUCED CATALOGUE SELECTED FOR CREATIVE REVIEW ANNUAL 2008
The exhibition catalogue for Seduced: Art and Sex from Antiquity to Now, designed by Kerr Noble, has been selected from over 1000 entries to appear in the Creative Review Annual 2008. Available from the Barbican Shop.
